Privacy Policy App: Groups and Companies

Privacy information pursuant to articles 13 and 14 Reg. Eur. 679/2016

We hereby inform you that European Regulation 27/4/2016 No. 679 provides for the protection of persons and other individuals regarding personal data processing.

Pursuant to the aforementioned legislation, the processing of your personal data will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, necessity, proportionality and minimization of data to protect your privacy and your rights.

Pursuant to current national and European legislation, TEAMBUIILDING EXPERIENCE SRL – Sole Shareholder Company, as Data Controller, provides you with the following information:

1. Purposes and methods of data processing

Your personal data provided through the Wildgoose Events Ltd App for performing team building activities, will be processed exclusively for purposes strictly connected with and instrumental to fulfillment of the obligations inherent in relations with our Company in particular:

• for registration, participation in the team building activity with the App chosen by you or by third parties for you (company, associations, friends, acquaintances, family members, etc.) and the relative rankings;
• for making available for a maximum of 7 days the photographs and videos taken during the team building activity by sharing a link on Google Drive sent to the contact person of the team building activity.

Personal data processing will be conducted for in person activities via IT media by the Data Controller, by the manager/managers and by the persons in charge/authorized third parties as Masters and Trainers, who will assist you in conducting the team building activity, with the observance of every precautionary and organizational measure, which guarantees its security and confidentiality and in compliance with the technical and organizational measures adequate to guarantee a level of security adequate to the processing risk.

Participants’ devices will instead be used for remote activities, so that the photographs and images, as well as being saved on the devices used, will also be saved by Wildgoose Events Ltd.

2. Nature of data collection, consequences of failure to provide data, duration of processing

Providing your personal data (first name and last name or alternatively nickname) is mandatory, to fulfill the obligations deriving from the contract; i.e., for conducting team building activities.

In some cases it may be mandatory to provide an e-mail address.

Failure to provide them could make it impossible for you to participate in the team building activity.

Providing photographs and videos is optional. Failure to provide such data may prevent the participant from enjoying ranking points and bonuses for ranking purposes.

If you do not intend to be photographed and filmed, notify your company, the team building staff present at the activity and your group mates in advance.

Once your data is no longer processed for the purposes referred to in point 1.1. TEAMBUILDING EXPERIENCE SRL will eliminate and cancel it.

On completion of processing for the purposes referred to in point 1.2, the photographs and videos taken during the team building activity will be available on the Wildgoose Events Ltd App through a link lasting 24 hours from the end of team building.

Furthermore, TEAMBUILDING EXPERIENCE SRL will make these photos and videos available for 7 days, by creating a link on Google Drive. After 7 days, the link will no longer be active and the photographs and videos will no longer be available.

If devices made available by the Data Controller are used for the team building activity, the latter undertakes to remove and delete the photographs and videos within 24 hours of the end of the team building activity.

The controller reports having given instructions to this effect to staff (Master Trainer and Trainer) and to any other professional involved in the team building activity.

For activities conducted remotely, the controller has no power to control the photographs and videos on the personal devices used by the participants.

3. Communication and dissemination of data

Your personal data, for the purpose of executing the contract and for the purposes indicated above, may be communicated:

• to our internal and external collaborators specifically appointed and within the scope of their duties, specifically appointed as subjects authorized to process data for conducting team building activities
• to insurance companies, for stipulation of coverage policies for team building activities, if they require insurance coverage
• to Google Drive for creation of a link containing the photos and videos, to make this material available for 7 days
• to Wildgoose Events Ltd for participation in the team building activity

4. Rights of the interested party

You can exercise your rights towards the data controller at any time pursuant to art. 15 of Reg. Eur. 679/2016, which we briefly indicate below:

1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or lack of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.
2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:

• of the personal data’s origin;
• of processing purposes and methods;
• of the logic applied in case of processing conducted with the aid of electronic instruments;
• of the identification details of the controller and of any managers;
• of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as designated representative in the territory of the State or outside the territory of the State, managers or agents.

3. The interested party has the right to obtain:

• updating, correction or, when interested, integration of data;
• the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data the retention of which is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed, unless the processing is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation which requires the processing envisaged by the law of the Union or of the Member State to which the data controller is subject;
• the attestation that the operations referred to in point 3) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

4. The interested party has the right to object, entirely or in part:

• for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection, without prejudice to the possible consequences referred to in paragraph 2 of the art. 2;
• to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for conducting market research or commercial communication (see reference 1.5).

The above rights are exercised with a request addressed without formalities to the controller, also through a person in charge, to which a suitable response is provided without delay.

5. Data Controller

The data controller is TEAMBUILDING EXPERIENCE SRL – Sole shareholder company with headquarters in via Italo Calvino, 4 – 20861 Brugherio (MB).

6. Processing manager
